Late registrations will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
(The first) 25 graduate students who submit an abstract will get a stipend which will pay for their meals, see "Grants".
Once you have registered as a participant, and paid the SFr 150 registration fee, you can submit an abstract (see “Call for Abstract”). Peter Chen and Thomas Bally will select in May 2018 among these abstracts 14 for "contributed lectures" (30 minutes + 10 minutes discussion) which optimally complement the invited lectures. The others will have to bring posters which will be discussed in the two usually very lively poster sessions on Monday and Thursday. If people who are not elected to give “contributed lectures” decide not to come, their registration fee will be used to support graduate students from all over the world who want to attend our conference.
